Our coffee is sourced from the Alto Mogiana Mineria region of Brazil, this exceptional coffee is grown on the El Dorado estate by skilled farmer Laerce Franca Falerios and his family. Grown at 1,205 masl, this Red Catuai varietal is backed by 4C, Rainforest Alliance, and Cup of Excellence certifications. The beans are processed through honey, pulped and natural methods. Expect medium acidity with a rich hazelnut aroma, with a bold yet balanced flavour profile bursting with the sweetness of mango and chocolate.
