Every coffee lover's dream, (and my personal favourite!) this Long Island Iced Coffee is wonderful and boozy!
The recipe only takes a few minutes to shake up, and it makes the ideal coffee cocktail for an after-dinner drink.
Yes, there are some differences between this Long Island drink and the Long Island Iced Tea you're used to.
This version uses Irish Cream liqueur and Cold Brew Coffee in place of Triple Sec and cola.
Yes, it is still really boozy and is a lot of fun to drink.
A cold brew coffee to start the day and a cold brew long island to end it!
